About Us

Shuei Al-Maimoni & Sons Contracting Company Limited (SASCC) started up business in constructional and architectural contacting in formerly named «the Arabic Republic of Yemen» in 1987 as an individual foundation (i.e. a single founder system foundation). In 1990, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce issued the foundation a commercial register no. (7371/2) dated on 1990/09/17. The foundation got the 1st class classification with a registration and classification license no. (136) issued by ministry of Public Works and Roads authorizing the foundation to practice the profession of building and construction contracting in the Republic. The registration and classification license was renewed by the cabinet council›s resolution no. (419) for the year 2008. Based on the foundation›s long-term expertise and great achievements in the business since 1987, and its vision in expanding and developing the business, it was adopted as a company with an organization chart of limited companies by a commercial register no. (4759/21) issued by Ministry of Industry and trade dated on 2011/10/08. SASCC now one of the biggest and pioneer companies in Yemen.
